Guidelines for National School Intensive, 2012:
1.     Students between Classes V and XII only are eligible for participation.
  1. A maximum of five students and one teacher escort can participate from one school. The students should be selected with care.
3.     The registration form (completely and correctly filled up) along with a security deposit of  Rs 2000 per student by DD/cheque drawn in favour of Spicmacay payable at Delhi should be sent to “Kiran Seth, 41/42 Lucknow Road, Delhi 110054” by courier or registered post before 31st  October, 2012. A copy of registration form should be sent by e-mail to nsi@spicmacay.com.
4.     The delegates are supposed to reach on December 25th, 2012.
5.     The delegates are supposed to depart on December 31st, 2012.
6.     Participating students and their teachers must bring their Photo Identity Card issued by their institution or an authorization.
  1. Participants including escorts are not allowed to carry cameras, I-pods or any electronic gadgets.
  2. The weather at Jalandhar in December will be really cold, so students have to carry enough woolen clothes, a blanket, and an electric rod. 
  3. Beddings and blankets will be available for the participants at the venue, but still they are advised to carry a certain amount of bedding.
  4.  Polybags and disposable items should be avoided.
  5. All participants must adhere to laid-down rules for discipline and ensure that decorum is maintained. All participants will have to participate for the whole season and will have to attend all activities allotted to them.
  6.  The security deposit will only be refunded if the students adhere to above mentioned guidelines.
