Reference: Proposal letter regarding Concert of Fest,2012
First of all on behalf of SPIC MACAY Chittorgarh Chapter Committee, We would like to thank you and your institution for full co-operation during the last year .Seasons greeting to you. We are trying to give best exposure to our new generation under SPIC MACAY banner. Some selected students had memorable experience in recently held National School Intensive(DPS),Pune in December last from our district. We would like to invite you also for our coming National Convention-2012 which will take place from 28 May to 3 June in NIT Suratkal (Karnatak).The last date for submission is 15 February.
We have planned some good artiste for Fest Series. Please revert back positively, if this time it will be possible to this concert in with you. We heartily welcome you also to witness the rare concerts which are possible in Chittorgarh due to SPIC MACAY.
Although SPIC MACAY is spending much more on each concerts but we require Rs 10,000/- against this concert from your side, only. It should be in favor of SPIC MACAY Chittorgarh. We hope you will see the matter and after discussion will reply us soon, or call us to meet personally to finalize the concerts. You are cordially invited in all events.
