SPIC MACAY has been able to forge a relationship with the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan which is an autonomous organization of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Secondary Education and Higher Education, Govt. of India. This will give SPIC MACAY access to 700 additional schools under the Sangathan’s umbrella in the hope to expose the students across the country to at least one program of Classical music or dance.
We will as SPIC MACAY need to seek the co-operation of the Principals and teachers and volunteers to help coordinate these programs Within this academic year 2010-11. This practically only leaves the month of January for us to be able to organize such programs, please let us know what dates in the month of January 2011 would suit your school to host this program.
