On 3rd December 2010, a meeting of Principals of various schools & colleges of Ajmer was held at Global College, Ajmer. Since educational institution wise Ajmer is a very important, we have planned to focus this city. Principals and head of the institutions of more than 15 schools & colleges (including Govt. Schools) from various townships of the Ajmer (i.e. Bijaynagar, Beawar, Nasirabad) had participated in this meet.
St. Marry's Convent School, Mayo College, St. Stephen's School, Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Savitri Girls College, Sanskriti School, Military School and of-course the host Global College are few names which can be counted. Apart from the institutions, Dr. Amandeep Singh Kapoor, IPS, ASP of Beawar was also present in the meet.
It took around one and half hr. in concluding the meet in which a presentation on SPIC-MACAY was given. Continuing the same, some details on Scholarship Scheme, National School Intensive & Fest etc. were given. Some CD/DVDs on classical movies were distributed.
Ms. Sindhu Bhagi, Vice Principal, Global College was given the responsibility of coordinating the Ajmer Chapter centrally.
We are sure that in the coming Fest-11, Ajmer chapter would be able to hold 20-25 programs. And overall we would be able to increase approximately 50 nos. of programs in a year.
